All new hires are brought to the terminal in St. Louis for an orientation process. During this time the drivers will go through a complete review of the employee manual, safety material, log training and all company requirements and policies.

 

The company reimburses the new hire for driving his/her car to orientation and pays for the physical and drug screen required and any lodging necessary.

 

During orientation, new hires will spend the majority of the orientation with the company driver recruiter, employees in payroll, the compliance clerk and meets with the General Manager.
