    While we do cover an extensive part of the U.S and shipments into Canada and Mexico, we do not service all states. Please contact our Marketing group for specific ship points.
     
  • Can Dispatch contact drivers on the road when they need to?
     
    100% of all fleet trucks have Qualcomm satellite units for on board communications and shipment tracking.
     
  • What is ETD's on-time percentage?
     
    This is tracked daily, Year To Date more than 98% of all shipments handled were delivered on time.
     
  • How are the tractors maintained?
     
    All tractors are under a full service lease agreement with Penske Truck Leasing and/or Ryder Truck Rental, and are maintained on regular intervals and as needed.

  • How many miles can a team expect to get during a one week period?
     
    While there are many variables, which determine how many miles a teams operates, an ESTIMATE would be approximately 4,500 miles weekly. Many teams have been able to average 5,000 weekly.
     
  • What tractors are in the fleet?
     
    All tractors are conventional Freightliners Columbia series. Team tractors are 70" condos.
